Full repair of a car could be easily compared to the heart surgery which is as unpleasant as inevitable. But we have got an exciting news for car owners ! The operation is off ! At last the remedy is found ! Using XADO -compounds you can restore (build up) the part's geometry, and very quickly indeed, before your very eyes.


Gasoline and diesel engine

Do not drive your car to disastrous wear ! Treat all units by XADO -compounds ! Let cermet coatings work and wear out instead of your assemblies, so much more that they are 10 times stronger than steel ! !

Compression in the engine of about 8 kilogram-force/sm 2 indicates 100% wear of the cylinders. For rear-wheel drive VAZes in a new broken-in engine it equals to about 13. On using XADO for gasoline engine we guarantee increase of compression, but to achieve the ratings the compression rings may need replacement.

Steering booster

Prior to treatment of steering booster with XADO -compound (it mainly concerns Audi, VW, Mercedes, Skoda) we recommend to make an express solubility test. Gel for steering booster may be applied with hydraulic liquids ATF - Type A, Type F, Dexron, Mercon and special LHM without additional testing.

"Volga"'s steering booster is emitting specific hissing sound. Manufacturer allows "hissing" while steering booster is working under load or moving slowly and does not consider this defect as malfunction.

Gearbox, reducer, transfer box

If the noise of VAZ 2106 rear reduction gear has been reduced after treatment with XADO -compound, but at some drive modes (for instance at engine braking or at shifting the gears) it is still heard you should:

  1. Check up oil level in reducer. If it is much lower - pay attention to the state of the driving end's breather and gasket.
  2. Check up if the nut of the drive pinion is tight. To do this you should disconnect the drive shaft after marking the separated parts. Check up the axial clearance; holding the flange with both hands, move it to and fro. It happens that the nut is unscrewed by 1,5 mm. If bearings are not damaged yet - you are lucky. On tightening it check up the axial clearance again.
  3. The parts are worn out up to the limit. The assembly should be supplementary treated by XADO -compound for gearboxes and reducers of all types.

High pressure fuel pump

While treatment of fuel equipment single stage is usually enough. If the very first treatment succeeds in better work of the fuel pump then the further application of the compound will be inexpedient.
